Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited, or TIDLOR, led by Piyasak Ukritnukun, Managing Director, welcomed 30 executive board members from “Chief Exponential Officer (CXO) by Disrupt Technology Venture” class of start-up entrepreneurs and leading companies, including The Shell Company of Thailand Limited, Krungthai Bank, LMG Insurance Public Company Limited, True Digital Group (TDG), BIG C Supercenter Public Company Limited, and PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited, to join “TIDLOR Culture WOW” workshop.
The workshop shared and exchanged frameworks for building Ngern Tid Lor’s values and organisational culture. The format included touring offices, discussions with Culture Gangster and a Q & A session, all with the aim of supporting sustainable business operations. The sharing of knowledge is a core strategy of Ngern Tid Lor to build strength and uniqueness in ongoing business undertakings.
The workshop hosted at Ngern Tid Lor headquarters at Ari hills Building also showcased the company’s data analytics experience driving the organisation’s digital transformation. The organisational culture experiences aimed to inspire the other organisations involved to gain wisdom and forward their knowledge to others to reap the highest benefits.
